How can I change my email address?
You can change your email address by emailing us at vip@wlane.com.au ask for you details to be updated. Please include details of your old email address, new email address and full name in your message.

How do I unsubscribe from W.Lane eClub to stop receiving emails?

There are two ways you can unsubscribe from W.Lane eClub.

1. Click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that W.Lane has sent you.
2. Email us at vip@wlane.com.au and ask to unsubscribe and be removed from our mailing list. Please allow 7 days for this to take affect.

W.Lane Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund:

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on either full price or sale items we will provide a refund within 21 days from the date of purchase if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase.

 

Exchange:

If you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision on either full price or sale items we will exchange or issue a credit note within 21 days from the date of purchase if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase.

For returns on lay-by items, this policy applies from the date of lay-by finalisation.

We will exchange, issue a credit note or refund an item if it is faulty as a result of manufacturer error and proof of purchase is provided.

 

Gift Voucher

Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. The Gift Voucher amount will be verified on the receipt docket. No change is given and any balance that remains will be returned to the customer in the form of a Gift Voucher receipt for future purchases. Gift Vouchers expire 12 months after purchase. Any balance that remains after expiry will not be available for redemption.

 

The above policies are not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in anyway.
