Third Party Partners supplies W.Lane customers with products direct from their warehouse. Third Party Partners products on W.Lane are available exclusively for Australian customers, and are subject to Australian Customs and Duties charges upon delivery.

Third Party Partners products are subject to the same great Shipping and Delivery services as our other W.Lane Online items, there are just a few details to note;
You are welcome to return your Third Party Partner products for a full refund (excluding any delivery charges) within 30 days from the date you received your order, all you need to do is fill in your returns form and use one of the following options:
Print the W.Lane returns form, print your shipping label and drop your return into your local ParcelPoint pick-up spot. This convenient option is available 7 days a week and is totally FREE!
Can’t get to a store or post office? Print the W.Lane returns form, print a ParcelPoint shipping label and have your return picked up by ParcelPoint’s courier service 8am-5pm business days. Prices start at $6.95*. (This option is not available for remote or rural areas).
Products can be refunded if the item is unworn, in its original condition with tags attached and there is proof of purchase. The products will be inspected upon return and if in less than perfect condition, we may return the product/s to you. The exception to this is earrings, due to health and safety reasons, in which case a refund will not be given. Swimwear & Lingerie can only be refunded if it is unworn with the tags and hygiene strip still attached.
Incorrect Items or Faulty Goods: We will do everything we can to sort out issues with faulty items straight away. As soon as you discover a fault, phone our friendly Customer Care team on 1300 728 980. Have handy your order number and from here we will arrange for the faulty item to be returned free of charge. Once we receive the item back we will be in contact to let you know next steps. If we are sending you a replacement item, we will do so as quickly as we can.
