Deliveries during Sale and Promotional Periods:

During our very popular sale and promotional periods deliveries can take a little longer than usual to dispatch from our warehouse. Standard delivery times do not apply. If you haven't received your order within 24 working days please contact our customer care team. We will happily check the status of your delivery.

Please note: during busy sale and promotional periods when styles habitually sell out quickly, to avoid disappointment Click & Collect may be temporarily unavailable. Some clearance styles may have a surcharge for Click & Collect.

Shipping to Australia? 

If you spend over $80, delivery is free!

  • Purchases under $80 will attract a $10 flat fee.
  • Your parcel will be delivered within 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods.
  • Expected delivery: Key Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth) 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Regional areas is up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Click and Collect in up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
  • We offer free delivery for return orders, see our Returns Policy
 

 

Shipping to New Zealand? 

We offer $15 AUD flat rate shipping to New Zealand

  • Your parcel will be delivered in up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day you have placed your order.
  • Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods
  • Your order will be delivered by Australia Post Express Courier International trackable service.
  • You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
  • We offer free delivery for return orders, see our Returns Policy
  • Orders which are equivalent to NZ$400 shipped to New Zealand may incur customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider.
 

 

Delivery options

At the checkout you have two delivery options:

1. Standard delivery

Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from)

Authority to leave

If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (W.Lane cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier)

 

 

2. Click & Collect

Collect your online purchase at your local store, free of charge. If your items aren't available at your local store, we'll ship them there for you at no extra cost.*

Click & Collect Deliveries can take up-to 14 Business Days Excluding Remote or Rural areas which may take longer.

Third party products are excluded from click & collect.

EziBuy Deliveries

  • EziBuy products will be shipped separately from New Zealand. If you have purchased a mix of EziBuy and W.Lane items, you will receive 2 parcels (at no extra charge of course).
  • EziBuy orders over $1000AUD may incur customs charges and duties charged by the AU Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the AU Customs Service or its authorized service provider. See our full terms and conditions here

Sister Brand Deliveries

  • Sister Brand products may be shipped separately from their corresponding warehouse and no additional shipping charges will be applied to these parcels.
  • You will be notified via email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include tracking details relating to your order.
