How Your Seasonal rewards Voucher Works
Simply fill in your details to join then, from the moment you purchase your first item, you will be accumulating towards a seasonal W.Lane rebate voucher. This voucher will represent 5% of your total spend during the season and will be sent to you as a reward voucher.
Where I Can Collect My VIP Card
As you do not need a physical VIP card in store (our staff can easily look you up on the system) we find that a lot of our VIPs prefer not to carry a card on them. Because of this we do not automatically send you a VIP card in the post when you sign up online.
When you sign up you will be sent an email with your VIP number. You will be able to log into the site with just your email address and password. If you would like an actual card you can pick one up from any W.Lane store. Simply pop in, with your sign up email, and speak to a member of staff.
